Vision
The social events bring together Jewish young-adults and create strong friendships. These events include bowling, sports games, movie nights, recreational leagues, and Shabbat dinners. The networking opportunities bring together Jewish young-adults to help each other in our professional careers. These opportunities include professional guest speakers, internships with professional leaders, and the Business Club. The educational opportunities are focused on bringing Jewish learning to life. This is achieved through classes and discussions in the Yad Learning program.
History
The current board members of yad La'atid decided that Minnesota needed more excitement, opportunities, and events for the Jewish young-adults. Therefore, on November 30th, 2007, we created Yad La'atid. Since then, weekly board meetings have been held on Saturday night. The organization’s purpose is to bring Jewish young-adults together in order to inspire both personal growth and community development.
